Accessible Information and Service

Total Maintenance Solutions, LLC (“TMS”) wants every customer to be able to find product information, request service, and reach our team without barriers. We continue to review and improve the accessibility of this website.

Conformance Status

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our standard. This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 AA, which means some content does not yet fully meet the standard. Known limitations are listed below.

What We Have Done

Accessibility Features

• Keyboard access to all navigation, filters, dialogs, and forms, with a visible focus indicator
• A “Skip to main content” link on every page
• Page structure, headings, and labels that work with screen readers
• Text alternatives for informative images
• A pause control for the moving background video, which also stays still when your device requests reduced motion
• Form fields with labels, autofill support, and announced error and status messages
• Text and background colors chosen to meet contrast requirements

Known Limitations

Content Still Being Improved

• Product data sheets (PDF): some data sheets may not work well with screen readers. We can provide the same information in another format on request.
• Third-party content: links to other websites (such as Busch Group companies, LinkedIn, and YouTube) and services we use (such as Google reCAPTCHA) are managed by those providers.
